Privacy and security
The personal data you provide (name, address, telephone number, email, etc.) is used only to process your orders and is shared only with the necessary partners (banks and delivery services). Under the French Data Protection Act, you may access or correct your data at any time by contacting us at contact@ecu-racing.com.
Terms of use

Intellectual property
All elements of this website are protected by intellectual property law. Any use requires written permission. ECU RACING trademarks and logos are registered and protected.
French law
We guarantee the confidentiality of your information in accordance with French law. In the event of a dispute, French law alone applies.
Order preparation and delivery
In-stock accessories are prepared within 1 to 2 working days before dispatch. Transit time is additional.
For new ECUs, availability and lead times depend on the model and selected version. Check the information on the product page.
Delivery charges and options are shown before you confirm your order. Choosing express delivery does not remove the time needed to prepare your order.
Sending your control unit
Before shipping anything, contact ECU RACING at contact@ecu-racing.com and include your order number.
Depending on the model and work required, your control unit may be handled by our workshop or a partner. Use only the instructions and destination provided for your case. Pack your ECU carefully to protect it during transport.
Exchanges and refunds
Withdrawal and returns
For distance purchases of goods by consumers, you have 14 days starting on the day after receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw, followed by 14 days to return the product.
You may notify us of your decision without giving a reason, including by email to contact@ecu-racing.com. We will provide the appropriate return instructions. Exercising your right of withdrawal does not require prior authorisation.
If you change your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If we made an error, or the product is defective or does not conform to the contract, ECU RACING covers the return costs.
Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal applies, we refund the amounts due, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of your notification. For goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive them or receive proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Any additional charge for express delivery you selected is not refunded. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost.
Specific cases: ECUs and services
Choosing a standard option such as Stage 1 or VMAX does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal. The exception for personalised goods applies only where its legal conditions are met.
For an ECU tuning service, the withdrawal period starts on the day after the contract is concluded. Starting the service early requires your express request. Loss of the right after full performance also requires your prior acknowledgement of that consequence.
These provisions do not limit your statutory guarantees.
