CFMOTO Secondary Clutch Helix – CVT & Transmission Upgrade

The secondary helix is an essential part of your CFMOTO ATV/UTV's CVT. It adjusts belt pressure and affects revving, acceleration and transmission.

Available with several angles (35°, 38–52°, 40–48°, 50°), it allows you toadapt the transmission to your use: standard tyres, oversized tyres, sport or off-road use, or modified engines.

Helix 35° :  

For vehicles such as the CFMOTO CFORCE 850 / 1000 and UFORCE 1000 with oversized / heavy 28–32 inch tyres and a Stage 1 or 2 clutch upgrade kit for the correct result.

Helix 38-52°:

For vehicles such as the CFMOTO CFORCE 850 / 1000 with standard or similar tyres and a STAGE 1 clutch / CVT upgrade kit fitted. You can upgrade your STAGE 1 clutch kit to STAGE 3 with the Helix 38–52.

Helix 40-48:

For vehicles such as the CFMOTO CFORCE 625 and CFORCE 625 Touring with standard or similarly sized tyres and a STAGE 1 clutch / CVT upgrade kit fitted with the CVTech LP3 driven clutch. You can upgrade your STAGE 1 clutch kit to STAGE 3 on your CFORCE 450 / 520 / 625 by adding this HELIX 40–48 (p/n 80.1150) to your Stage 1 clutch system.

Helix 50°:

This 50-degree helix is only suitable for higher-powered racing machines (upgraded engines) Helix d’embrayage secondaire (50 degrés) à utiliser avec des véhicules tels que CFMOTO CFORCE 850 / 1000 avec pneus d'origine ou de taille similaire et kit de mise à niveau d’embrayage / variateur en STAGE 1 ou 2.
